Where can I find baking instructions?
Baking instructions are included with every shipment of Knead Love. You may also view a PDF of the baking instructions.
Since the treats don’t have any preservatives, how long will they stay fresh?
Knead Love treats should be consumed within one week after baking. They should be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated to prevent spoilage.
How many treats can I make from one mix?
One mix should make approximately 24 large treats, 36 medium treats or 48 small treats.
When I pipe the treats, they seem too thin/runny. What did I do wrong?
You probably added a bit too much water. Bake them anyway and we don’t think your dog will mind!
I’m having a hard time piping the treats out of the bag.
You probably cut the bag a bit too low. Cut a bit more off the end.
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
Typically within 5-7 days after your order.

I'm unable to log into my account to manage my subscription. What should I do?
After your first Knead Love subscription order, you should have received an email with a link to activate your account. If you did not, or if you did but are still having issues logging into your account, here are the steps to follow.
- Visit kneadlovebakeshop.com/account/register.
- Enter your first name.
- Enter your last name.
- Enter your email address – be sure it’s the same email address used when placing your order.
- Create and enter a password to use for this account.
- Click the “Create” button.
- You will then be sent a new email with a link to confirm activation of your account. After clicking the link you should be taken directly to your customer account page.
Once on your customer account page, if you wish to manage your subscription, click the “Manage Subscriptions” link (bottom right of your account page).
Now that you’ve set up your account, in the future you can log in via the “Account” icon (it’s just to the left of the shopping cart icon) or go directly to kneadlovebakeshop.com/account/login.
